 BAR-CODING INFORMATION

You must have already signed up to consign, then Click on MAKE TAGS  to log into the inventory system where you can manage your consignor account.

  • WOW, it is sooo easy to do this, just go to the "Make Tags" Link below, enter your consignor number and follow the simple directions.

  • All items must be entered through this magical inventory system. With our automated program you will enter your items and print bar-coded tags right from your home computer. You can keep track of sold, unsold, and donated items.

  •  This will make check out for shoppers during the sale much faster, and pick up of your unsold items a breeze.

  • You will be able to enter your item description, price, donation preference and discount preference (1/2 price last 3 hours of sale on Saturday, Oct.11th).  

  • You can fit six tags onto one page of cardstock and then you can cut them out.

  • You can enter them in anytime you have a few minutes, they stay in your inventory and you can print them anytime.  Just make sure you have all your items entered and your tags printed by 10/08/2008. You will not be able to access the inventory system after that date because we are setting the program up for the sale.

  • ** Do not use paper for your tags, Please use cardstock only!  Paper is too easily torn from the garment and can be lost. We cannot sell items without tags!
     You can get reasonably priced cardstock at local stores such as Target, Michael's and Office Depot.

  • **Mark your tags for donation and/or discount (1/2 price for the last 3 hours of the sale).  You can mark each tag individually, so you don't have to donate or discount all items, but only selected ones.

  • Make a new tag if you make a mistake, or if the bar code smears or doesn't look readable.  Do not cross out, or overwrite anything on your tag, no whiteout, no changed prices. This is the only way that we can ensure that our inventory is correct and that tags have not been tampered with. 

  • You can change your tags at any time and print a new one for the same item, up until October 8, 2008.   You will not be able to enter or change anything in your inventory after that date. If you DO make a price change, please PRINT a new tag, as the tagged price WILL be the selling price.
