Other: Important Tax Information
- Due to Minnesota tax law we must charge tax on all non-clothing items, clothing items are tax free. When you enter your items you can pick from many categories make sure your tag "category" includes what the item actually is such as "clothing", or "toys".
- Clothing is exempt. Clothing means all human wearing apparel suitable for general use. Clothing does not include clothing accessories or equipment, sports or recreational equipment, and protective equipment, which are taxable.
