As the sale continues to grow, our need for volunteers to help handle check-ins, check-outs, & tear-down also grows.
If you have never volunteered before, why not make this sale your first experience? We really need YOU!
Our volunteers are a lot of fun to work with AND you will get to shop early during the volunteer presale. You can choose to consign and volunteer, or you can volunteer without bringing in a single item to sell (which is a favorite option for grandmas & aunts).
Volunteers are what makes this kind of sale successful for everyone.
Without volunteers, it would be near impossible to put on such a sale.
As a volunteer you get the opportunity to shop at the presale before the public.
Presale will be on April 13th in St Cloud
from 5-8PM as follows:
- Consignors that Volunteer shop at 5PM
- All other Consignors shop at 5:30PM
- Volunteers Early Shoppers & 1st Time Moms shop at 6:00PM
Consignors that also volunteer will earn 70% vs. 60%
Volunteers are asked to help out in 3 hour shifts.
Volunteer duties include armory set up of clothing racks & tables, accepting/setting out merchandise during drop off, working the "Hold Area" or helping shoppers during the sale, or breakdown/pack up after the sale (depending on the day/shift chosen).
We do schedule many volunteers for the last 3 hour shift so that we can break down the sale as quickly as possible. We ask that if you choose this shift, that you stay for the entire 3 hours and help find everyone's items and not just your own. We had a lot of confusion at past sales with this. We also ask that you do not involve your children in removing items. We all have great helpers in our families but we know that even as adults it is very easy to transpose the numbers and hand out the wrong items to the wrong consignors. So please no children under the age of 13. We will have a list that you can go by for duties during a shift to help with this process. Just ask for it when you check in if you have not received it by email after you sign up.
