WHAT TO CONSIGN

For our Fall/Winter sale we will accept the following items:

  • Fall/Winter clothing for infants, toddlers and grade school-sized boys and girls.  Jackets and Snowgear
  •  Dancewear and dress-up and Halloween
  • Swimsuits, sundresses, beach wear, water socks, etc.
  • Shoes, Boots and rain boots – must be clean and in good condition
  • Maternity clothes - anything
  • Toys, puzzles, games - must be clean and contained. (Zip-loc type bags come in all sizes and easily contain like objects)  All parts of the games or puzzles must be present, and batteries must be included. Puzzle and game boxes must be taped shut
  • Outdoor toys - trikes, bikes, wagons, push toys, swings, slides, activity centers, sleds, skates and snow toys,  etc.
  • Books - children's books, parenting books, pregnancy books. All must be in good condition with no pages missing.
  • Infant & Children's Bedding - sheets, blankets, nursery decorations, mobiles, changing tables, dressers, etc.
  • Baby furniture and equipment - cribs, strollers, highchairs, excersaucers, rockers, bouncy seats, baby swings, pack'n plays, carriers, walkers, etc.
  • Nursery Equipment- bottles, pumps, boppy pillows, etc.
  • Car seats - infant to toddler (booster) seats.  www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/recalls/childseat.cfm (Must meet current safety standards)
  • Sporting goods, toys, etc.
  • Electronics - game boys, leap pads, etc., with batteries where appropriate
  • DVDs, CDs, VHS, Computer games for children.
  • TOYS, TOYS, TOYS, clean, working with batteries included-they are great sellers

Note: Clean Toys, Baby Gear, Baby Furniture, and Outdoor play items sell FAST

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT:

  • Anything that is dirty, stained, broken, cracked, or we think will not sell for any other reason
  • Strictly Spring/Summer items such as shorts, sleeveless tops and sandals, etc.
  • Stuffed animals - unless they dance, move, talk, etc (e.g. Hokey Pokey Elmo)
  • Clothing and shoes that are not in excellent condition - stained, torn, broken zippers, missing buttons, outdated, etc. NO underwear or training pants unless they are unused in their original package.
  • Battery-operated toys unless they have batteries in them and are working properly.
  • Car seats that are older than 4 years see CAR SEAT SAFETY INFO.
  • Anything that has been recalled Consumer Safety Commission.


 Please understand that we need to be very particular!   Do not be offended if we turn away items. We want to make this a quality sale where consignors as well as shoppers see quality merchandise at great prices.

  • We will have volunteers spread out around the floor during the sale to assist with moving merchandise, marking things SOLD, and caring for the merchandise displays.  We however, cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items but will work hard to see that this doesn't happen and hope we only attract honest shoppers so this doesn't happen at all.
